Seeing green mold and missing shingles on my home was very discouraging.
My past experience with power washing though inexpensive was done by a cheerful fellow who left behind light fixtures full of water that then did not work, pulp litter from shingles all over and a lightly cleaned deck.

John and his crew explained the process with eco-friendly products. They not only did a thorough cleaning but sealed the shingles for about 10 yr protection. And All pulp was removed.

Shingles even at roof-line were replaced.
My skylights were washed clean.
My badly stained deck has new life.
Not even my outdoor thermometer was disturbed.
After the job was completed I was unable to unscrew the hose from the outlet. John promptly returned to fix this and rolled up my hose for winter. The cost was worthwhile, did raise my property value.
